You didn’t sleep well last night did you? Your mind was so busy with worry, anxiety, fears, anger, emotional conflicts or you were just down right upset because you were laying there awake.

Help your brain to let go of all the chatter and sleep like                                                                                      a baby tonight with this very easy and powerful exercise:

Take a long deep inhalation then slowly exhale 5 times. Think about relaxing all your muscles from the top of your head to the tips of your toes. Focus on your head and say to yourself I’m relaxing all the muscles in my head and face while breathing deeply and slowly and feel all the head and face muscles relax. Now, think about your neck and say to yourself I’m relaxing all the muscles in my neck while breathing deeply and slowly and feeling your neck muscles relax. Continue this process slowly with your shoulders, arms, hands, fingers, back, chest, abdomen, thighs, calves, ankles, and feet to the toes.
